Conveniently located in the old defence buildings on Shelly Bay Road, Chocolate Fish is the perfect waterfront spot. With an abundance of indoor and outdoor seating and views of Wellington harbour, Chocolate Fish is only a few minutes drive from Wellington Airport, and 15 minutes from the CBD.

OUR SPACES
No matter what the Wellington weather brings, we have a range of spaces, both indoors and out to suit the day or occasion.

We have taken Kiwiana to the extreme, serving delicious fresh seafood with a twist. Our specialty is artisan style barbequed seafood sammies, with garlic aioli and greens.
We don’t stop there, we have a with a variety of non seafood items cooked on our BBQ, as well as yummy cakes, scones, meringues, ice creams and ice blocks.
If you are looking for gluten and dairy free, or vegetarian options, our menu has you covered.
