Kidz Corner Miramar is a long established,
community based childcare centre.
It provides high quality early childhood education and
care in a safe and welcoming environment reflecting the routines and customs of home.
Our experienced teaching team establish
strong relationships with parents
which foster a link for families between home and centre.
Our curriculum is at the forefront of our programme,
incorporating the national
Early Childhood Curriculum, Te Whariki and Christian
values and beliefs which
lay the foundations for children's lifelong learning.
Kidz Corner is a Charitable Trust which was originally established in 1985
by members of Miramar Baptist Church. In May 2012,
the Kidz Corner Trust Board purchased the centre from the Church
and is committed to building on its Christian heritage.
Provisions within the Trust Deed ensure the Centre will
remain a Christian Centre which makes a real difference
in the lives of the children
and parents involved with the Centre
and the wider Community.
