Pilates and Restorative Exercise

I am passionate about working with people, whether through Pilates or restorative exercise to help them become aware of their alignment and the impact this can have on their joints and their daily life. Through corrective exercises I work towards helping people restore movements that are needed for being able to move freely and remain independent as we age. I am Australian trained for pilates and continue to regularly attend professional development courses to further my practice. For restorative exercise I trained under American biomechanist Katy Bowman, author of many books, including Dynamic Aging and Move Your DNA. And again I continue to further my practice under her.
